A: This service was created with the intention of delivering a high quality PDF which is a great format for eBooks and Special Reports in the fastest turnaround time possible. All initial background stationery graphics are provided for your review with 24-48 hours. 

If I think it will take longer than expected, I will be in contact with you to provide an updated timeframe.  Once I get your input for the background stationery graphics for your PDF file, The entire PDF with your content will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

Q: How is the final product delivered?

A: I will deliver the PDF file on my website where you can simply download the file. To reduce the download time, the file will be a zip file format.

Q: Can I change the background stationery graphic if I am not satisfied ?

A: Yes you can. I will be sending you a draft image of the background stationery graphic will be used on all pages of your PDF.  You can request changes at that time.  Once I get final approval from you, additional changes will be permitted for a fee.

Q: What about the layout?

A: I will send you a sample draft of the layout in PDF.  You can change it at that time.  Once I get final approval from you for the layout, additional changes will be permitted for a fee.

Q: What about fonts and colors?

A: I will use the 'ARIAL' font for your content and the 'TAHOMA' font for your headings if applicable.  If you want another font or color, this can be done.  Details will be provided at the start of your project.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: You can request a complete refund at any time prior to approval of the first background stationery graphic draft.  After you approve the final draft copy of the background stationery and the final PDF layout copy via email, there will be no refunds.  

Q: Can I obtain the .doc (Word ) source file?

A: Yes, this will allow you to make any changes and updates to your content and still retain the professional quality of your PDF file.
